We invite YOU to help showcase the arts at UNC!

During Week of Welcome (8/16-8/25), we want you to get artsy in our Social Media Photo Challenge. If you pay attention, you’ll see that the arts are everywhere at UNC. Students, staff, faculty, community members, and guest artists are deeply involved in the performing, visual, and literary arts on campus.

There are several presenting organizations at UNC that bring in world-class artists right to our doorstep! You could go see a performance at Carolina Performing Arts. Watch a show put on by PlayMakers Repertory Company. Attend an art exhibit or an event at the Ackland Art Museum or the Stone Center. The possibilities are endless!

So how do you apply?

Here are the rules:

1. Follow us: @ackland_art_museum, @artseverywhereunc, @carolinaperformingarts, @playmakersrep, and @uncstonecenter
2. Snap 5 photos of different arts-related people, places, and/or things at UNC
3. Post all 5 photos in one Insta post using the hashtag #artseverywhereUNC before midnight on 8/25
4. Tag a friend!
5. You’ll automatically be entered to win a free iPad Air!
